Ting Ruei (Alan) Chang
Alan is committed to delivering high-quality care to all individuals, with a particular focus on those pursuing active lifestyles and the athletic population. His clinical interests include the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and supporting clients in returning to their activities at, or beyond, their previous level of performance. Alan completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, followed by a Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Western Ontario. He also holds certification in Soft Tissue Release (Level 1).
Alan’s interest in working with active individuals is rooted in his own background as a competitive baseball and basketball player, as well as his experience as a municipal lifeguard. More recently, he has developed a strong passion for running and cycling, and has competed in triathlons and marathons since 2021. Prior to beginning his physiotherapy masters, Alan worked as a Kinesiologist where he gained experience working with athletes.
In addition, Alan is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, which allows him to provide care in both English and Chinese.
Outside of the clinic, Alan is actively training with the goal of completing a full Ironman in the coming years. He also enjoys running with his dog, weightlifting, skiing, and playing the piano.

Yue Chuang (Johnny) Guan
Johnny completed his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University and bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. Johnny has also completed two diplomas in General Studies and Sport Science at Douglas College.
Johnny’s clinical experience includes time in both public and private settings. Johnny started his career in public practice (hospitals) and private clinics in Kingston and the Greater Toronto Area. In addition to his clinical experience, Johnny spent four years as a behavioral interventionist and was a research assistant for a Parkinson’s disease and concussion study at UBC.
Johnny has a variety of interests including treating patients with MSK (musculoskeletal), cardiopulmonary diseases, neurological conditions, vestibular issues, and concussions. He also enjoys helping patients who have injuries from sports, motor vehicle accidents, and other chronic conditions.
In his spare time, Johnny enjoys playing basketball, table tennis, tennis, and badminton. He also loves volunteering and has spent eight years with organizations geared toward helping those with physical and behavioral challenges such as the Special Olympics and the Vancouver Chinese Policing Center.

Jessica Ho
Jessica graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Specializing in rehabilitation, she focuses on helping individuals recover from motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and sports-related trauma, ranging from acute care to chronic condition management. She combines clinical expertise with her background as a personal trainer and competitive powerlifter to deliver empowering, movement-based therapy. She is dedicated to helping clients build lasting physical resilience.
Jessica is fluent in English and conversational in Mandarin.

Haeung (David) Jeong
David is a graduate of Vancouver Career College RMT program and obtained the RMT license from College of Massage Therapy of British Columbia.
He focuses on resolving pain, restoring mobility, and improving quality of life for clients experiencing limitations in daily activities. His preferred areas of practice include motor vehicle accident recovery, chronic pain, reduced range of motion, and headaches, with particular attention to the jaw (TMJ), neck, shoulder, and lower back. He utilizes evidence‑informed techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, PNF, and joint mobilization to address contributing factors, alleviate discomfort, and support functional movement; patients often report clearer heads and eyes, easier breathing, and lighter, more flexible shoulders. His philosophy centers on patient‑centered care tailored to individual needs, including sustainable, tool‑free home exercises that are safe, simple, and doable anywhere.

Franziska Jouanguy
Franziska obtained her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Munich (Germany). In January 2016 she moved to Vancouver and became a registered Physiotherapist in Canada.
Coming from an athletic background, Franziska has always been fascinated with the human body and the physical and psychological benefits of movement. She enjoys the interaction with clients and likes to see them improving their well- being and participation in everyday life.
Post-graduation Franziska has furthered her education through orthopaedic courses and became a sports therapist in 2009. After her grandmother developed a severe neurological condition, she decided to take further training to also help individuals with a neurological condition. Franziska believes that both, the sports therapeutic and neurological background, provide a perfect combination to maximize the functional recovery and physical fitness of individuals and help them return to being active members of their community.
As a result, she has a keen interest in treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions as well as individuals with concussion and vestibular symptoms. The specialized training in this area allows her to apply a comprehensive approach to help identify personalized concussion profiles, and provide customized rehabilitative programs.

Daniel did his major in Human Kinetics at TWU where he worked as an athletic therapist while he studied towards his degree. Daniel had always been a sportsperson since high school.
